1. All Sales Are Final

All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to personal schedule conflicts, weather conditions, or transportation issues.

2. Exceptions at Company Discretion

While all sales are final, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Refunds or ticket exchanges may be considered under exceptional situations, solely at the discretion of Fancy Hearts. Requests must be submitted in writing to info@thefancyhearts.com at least 10 days before the event date.

3. Event Cancellations or Rescheduling

If an event is canceled or rescheduled by Fancy Hearts, ticket holders will be notified as soon as possible. In such cases, attendees may be offered an alternative date, event credit, or a refund, depending on the circumstances.
